That means Ayurveda protect the health of a healthy person ( prevent the disease by improving the disease resistance power & immunity ) & pacifies the body ailments .So it is classified as swasththvruthl & athurvruthm.Prevention is better tha cure , so we will give importance to swasthvruthl . It depends upon our daily reign ( both diets & activities).In swasthvruth depend upon mentioning dinacharya is as follows.The healthy person in order to protect his life , should get up from his sleep in the Brahmamuhurtha .After getting the urge of urine & faces naturally the person should eliminate them.

1. Dandavan ( Cleaning the teeth)
Twigs of roots of Asana,Arka,Kadira,Karenja,Karaveera ,sarcha or such other known trees which possess astringent ,bitter & pungent tastes ..Teeth should be cleaned in the morning & after meals ,twice daily.After leaning the teeth ,the gums are also cleaned without hurting them by rubbing with nice power of trikata.triphala,& thrijataka mixed with honey.The tongue is to be cleaned by screeping it, comfortably with a tongue scrapper ( made from metal).

2. Anjana ( collyricem)
sauviranjana is good for the eyes & so should be applied to the eyes daily .Rasanjana should be applied to the eyes once a week regularly .It should be applied from medical to lateral part of the eyes .

3. Nasyam ( Nasal Medication)
Medicated oil like anuthailam can put through each nostril ( 2 drops) .It will relieves all diseases above the shoulder & removes the phlegm .

4. Gandusce ( Mouthwash )
Filling the mouth to its full capacity with warm water , honey or decoction of Khaira ,irmeda etc. without allowing its movement inside & holding the liquid for a few moments .We can do kavalagraha also, ie mouth gargles is holding little quantity of liquid in the mouth make it move briskly and spitting out quickly .It will improve the taste clears the mouth .Next comes , the prayoyika dhuma – Inhalation of smoke ,scents ,garland etc. By the use of inhalation diseases of organs located above the shoulders will not develop .

5. Abhyanga

Whole body oil massage: it will improve body complexion ,sleep. Give firmness & strength to the body .Relaxes the body & mind & relieves stress & tension .Oil should be applied specially to the head , ears & feet.

6. Vyayama ( exercise)

lightness of the body , increased capacity to work ,keen appetite ,reduction of the body fat & parts of the body becoming distinct and firm are the good effect of exercise.

7. Udvarthanam
Body massage with medicated powder in upward direction.It will liquefies the fat makes the body parts firm & is best for the health of the skin.

8. Snana
Bath have very important role in our daily routine . we can prefer hot water bath or medicated water bath .It improves appetite ,health of the skin ,span of life & good for mind also.
